Ten foods which should probably be avoided during recovery from adrenal fatigue and burnout.

All of these foods stress the adrenal glands to some degree and have the ability to impact blood sugar levels.

The majority of these foods with the exception of tea and possibly coffee are unhealthy and serve no purpose to be included within a healthy diet anyway.
